General meetings are held every Monday at 7PM, require BUSINESS ATTIRE, and all members are expected to attend. General meetings will consist of a professional speaker in the finance field to help give advice and information to FMA members about the finance world and different financial careers. Groups will work together to propose stocks, and present weekly stock reports.

We manage an investment portfolio that is valued around $15,000. This has been grown in value almost entirely by students. Typically we try to buy a stock each fall semster and hold group presentations as to what stock to buy. This allows members to gain valuable finance experiance selecting stocks at an early point in their career. No previous experiance in vaulation is necessary as we only use basic ratios and models.
